I was really disappointed with my stay. The check-out process was frustrating, as they refused to accommodate my request for a late check-out during a difficult family situation. It felt incredibly heartless, especially considering I booked multiple rooms. Additionally, I noticed some rust on the gym equipment, which was concerning given my frequent use of the facility.

The Best Western Plus Pleasanton Hotel had beautiful decor, making it welcoming and comfortable. The staff were attentive, helping me with my luggage and providing delightful recommendations for local cafes. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me thoroughly.

The staff was accommodating, and the evening lady was very nice, went out her way to help. The breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and the area kept clean.

best western is a lovely place with beautiful decor. the king room was comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic—those breakfast burritos were a highlight! it’s also great that there are various recreational opportunities available nearby.
